1st surfing trip poem

We went for a surf but we had to learn first .


I went out to sea with nothing on my mind I fell of the surfboard then it took me for a ride .

Then I stood up and it took me to shore then I saw the gopro and then they took a photo of me riding a wave go on there facebook page hawke's bay learn to surf to see more.


I looked up at Sophie with a smile on my face I said ¨ whoo ¨ I made it to shore .

I went back to sea i hoped but on my surfboard as a big wave bold me .

I got back up ¨ never give up ¨ I stood up proud of myself cruising alone the wave.

Then the surf instructor said ¨ one more BIG wave ¨  so i caught the wave and I made it to shore that was it for surfing until next time ...........

so netjet is like netball but you have to wear jetpacks

rules

- you can use your jetpack only when you shoot

- you can run with the ball

- theres only 6 people in the team and all of them go on the court

- your aloud everywhere on the court

- the positions are the same as netball

so the center passers to a person and then they can run with the ball if they want or they can pass and the oppression only can get the ball back if they throw it and block it  and when they want to shoot all of the team's presses a button on their  jet pack  and then all bunch up and try and block the other person so they can't` score.

Letter to someone i miss

Dear Montana

O Montana i miss you so much i miss the memories we shared in Australia. i wish i could fly over and  see you but its wont happen now it will probably happen in another 8 years and that is when we will be 20 years old but you could always come to new zealand . i always ask mum can we save up to go to Austraila and she says yes then next minute 2 years later we are going to waptika lily for christmas i think in my head i would rather you pay more to go to Austraila to see everybody them the beach because $2000 could be spend on something for australia. dont you think .

I miss talking to you and lucky we have good parents  that stay in touch not only i miss you i miss living in australia and hanging out with you and us going to each others houses i know i have friends that live in new zealand and you have friends that live in Australia but we are always going to be best friends to the very end.

we meet in preschool i think and that was when we were like 2-3 and we are still friends now.

i see all your photos on instagram and how you love youtube and i think your favourite youtubers are dan and phil i like them too i have a youtube channel now that i share with my friend charlotte  its called Itscharlotteandlily  and i love watching youtube videos of miranda sings , mylifeiseva , the sacconejolys and maybaby and lots more.   

So remember you can always come to new zealand because my mum wont let me go to Australia . i would come i love Australia so much .

Trip to Tauranga

Trip to Tauranga

In the holidays I went to Tauranga but it was only for a weekend. I went just with my mum because it was my dads weekend so I ask him if I can go with my mum and he said yes .

DAY 1

Then that friday we  headed off to Tauranga when we arrived in taupo, there was snow on the road so I asked my mum if we could stop, so we did . My mum took lots of photos of me in the snow. The snow felt like ice and it was freezing, I mean i have felt snow before but it does look fluffy.

Then we hopped back in the car and headed off to the next stop in Rotorua. We  got a drink and some food to keep us going, then like 1-2 hours later we arrived in Tauranga we were  staying  at my mums really good friends Kelly and Aidan but we call him snow.  They have three girls one is nine (Izzy) , 6 ( maddy ), (4 nadia) so i was excited to see them.

When we turned up we got the most important bags and then knocked on the door. Then Kelly opened the door and Nadia came running because she was excited but then she got all shy , she's so cute.

When i caught up with all the adults . I went down to the girls room and i said hello and then they all went shy but that's what they always do .When  i caught up with them it was time for tea after tea we played a few games . I was very tired from that long day in the car so all we did after playing games was talked.

DAY 2

I woke up and the girls were already awake. Then we stayed in bed for an hour just talking and then got up and has breakfast and did what we needed to do. Then we got in the car and went to kmart. When we were at Kmart i bought a long sleeved black t-shirt , white shoes and long pants dungarees.  The girls all got shoes .After we went to kmart we when to get some lunch. I ended up getting mcdonalds because there was too much to choose from.

. when we got home we played hide and go seek for a bit and then it was tea. about an hour later , we played zombie apocalypse it's a game where  there is someone hiding in a room down

the hallway and you have to walk down in the pitch black it is very scarey. but it is only scary because when you go down the hallway they POP  out. after we played that we sat on the couch and watched  teen beach movie 2 and hairspray and then went to bed .

DAY 3

the day i leave

I woke up once again we woke up straight away and we where talking in the bedroom and then had our breakfast and got dressed and by the time we did all that it was 10:00am so mum and i packed our bags into the car and started saying goodbye then we headed off back to napier it was a fantastic weekend .

I learnt how to create creative things with cardboard and verify of  materials .I also learnt how to do Length and width. I'm glad I completed my room I feel successful the challenges I faced was how do I make a light?I asked Ms T and she came up with a good idea so I did it. The things that went well  ,well I think everything went well because I feel proud of my work. My wardrobe didn't work the first time but I made it again also I made my desk about three times because it was either to big or didn't work out properly. Time was kind of an issue but I got it done by the end so I succeed. All my resources that I need was all there I didn't need to buy  anything.

Its Tuesday 19th of May and i am starting to paint my walls of my room. Also i have been making some of my stuff. On my other journals below you can see what i have been working on. I still need to make a lot more things like bedside tables ,desk,coffee table and a light etc,etc. But i have been thinking how do i make a light ?

Skype call

Hi its Lily from Tamatea Intermediate Napier New Zealand .

The Skype call this morning was so cool it was really interesting because at their school there were seven hundred people but it goes to preschool to grade seven. Also at their school they had a cafeteria it sells corn dogs and salads. I also learnt that there school goes to 9:00 am --- 3:30 pm . when we were Skyping them it was a Tuesday at 5:00 pm and in Napier it was a wednesday.

On Tuesday last week we started our “mymathsmakerproject” we had to do a dream room “everything we ever wanted room”  at first i didnt know what to do because i had lots of ideas but in the end i did it.I love my room that i design but some of it was hard because you had to do it in 3d and on an angel but i fixed it up . I had a lot of ideas i got some ideas off my friend what they had in real life in their bedroom that i thought was cool .  Now its Tuesday that week after and i am starting to colour in my dream room.

I felt so good i found Jock Tanner box of his katipo gear everything that he wore the oil skin jacket,blood red bandanna and the slouch hat.
Then off i went off on his motorbike i  went and got the vicar and the skipper.
"I saved them" 
we went up on the top of the cliff and i looked down and everything was on fire.
